Warm climate

An old Languedoc grape that was once widely planted across southern France. Produces crisp, neutral wines with good acidity, used mostly in blends. Historically important in Picpoul and Noilly Prat vermouth production. Part of the revival of traditional southern French varieties.

Best within 1-3 years as a fresh, everyday white.
