About

A French hybrid whose thick skins hang on through Canadian winters, making it the backbone of Ontario icewine. Frozen on the vine and pressed while hard, it gives luscious apricot, pineapple and honey with bright, cutting acidity. Also made dry and off-dry in Québec and the eastern US.
