How can we help?

How do I add my first wine? Open Cork, tap the plus button, and either scan a label with your camera or fill in the wine details by hand. Cork remembers producers, regions, and vintages as you go, so the next bottle you add is faster.

Can I import a collection from somewhere else? Yes. Cork supports CSV import on every plan. Email us if you need a hand mapping the columns.

How does label scanning work? Take a photo of the front of the bottle. Cork uses an AI vision model to read the producer, wine name, region, and vintage, then prefills a new wine for you to confirm or edit.

The scan got something wrong. Tap any field before saving to fix it. If the producer or region is missing from our reference data, Cork creates it for you on save.

How do I log a tasting? Open any wine in your cellar and tap Log a tasting. You can rate it, add a note, and tag friends who tasted it with you.

Can I share with friends? Yes. Add friends from the Friends tab, then tag them on a tasting. They see the wine and your note in their feed.

Are my notes private by default? Yes. Your cellar and tastings are private until you choose to share a specific wine with a friend.

What does Plus include? Interactive vineyard maps for many appellations, palate analytics by grape and region, vintage trend charts, PDF cellar export by producer, shared wine lists, and more. 2 CHF a month.

How do I cancel? If you subscribed in the mobile app, manage your subscription in iOS Settings under your Apple ID, or in Google Play Subscriptions on Android. If you subscribed on the web, open Settings in Cork and click Manage subscription.

I bought Plus but nothing unlocked. Open the app and pull to refresh. If it still does not unlock, tap Restore purchases on the paywall, or email us.

How do I reset my password? On the login screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. You will get a reset link from Cork.

How do I export my data? Plus users can export a PDF of their cellar from the Cellar tab. If you want a full machine-readable export, email us and we will send you a JSON file of everything you have logged.

How do I delete my account? Open Cork, go to Profile, and tap Delete account. You can also visit corkapp.io/delete-account or email us. We remove your personal data within 30 days.

Where can I get it? Cork is available on the App Store and on Google Play. Search for Cork wine journal.

Does my account work everywhere? Yes. Sign in with the same email on web, iOS, or Android. Your cellar, tastings, and notes sync across all of them.
